October’s Theme: Emotional Well-Being

I do not claim to have attained optimum emotional well-being. Actually, I think that may be a lifetime goal. For me it’s an ongoing process that requires awareness, knowledge, and practice. I do know what good emotional health feels like, and that motivates me to keep at the practice.

I have new classes and events available this month so be sure to take a peek at what is in store for you. If you ever have an idea for a session, would like me to schedule a session I’ve had in the past, or have any type of feedback on what I offer at Meditate Madison, I am open to listening to your comments. In reference to our monthly theme, try asking yourself the questions below.

  • Is my outlook on life overly emotional or too negative?
  • Am I greedy for sensation or experience?
  • Do I feel “swamped” and in need of grounding?

I am here to help you with balancing your emotions and removing blockages in relationships. Be it through meditation, yoga, relaxation techniques, energy healing or coaching, I will help you transform your mind, body and spirit and grown in your inner and outer worlds.

Attend one of the varied classes and/or programs this month as we explore this focus of creating loving and peaceful thoughts for ourselves.

Private sessions with Deb are the way you can have meditation, yoga, energy healing, or coaching on your own schedule. Be sure to schedule your initial appointment today by calling or texting 608-216-2805, or send an email.


Be sure to check the online calendar in case of schedule changes. Please note that there is a 2-hour registration requirement for classes. Workshops and other events may vary. Attend the sessions of interest to you. If you miss one, it will most likely be repeated in the future. The sessions are open to anyone who is interested.



Restorative Yoga with the Crystal Singing Bowls
Friday, October 4th at 7 pm
Breathe easily and deeply as you relax into a few therapeutic fully-supported longer-held yoga poses, mostly supine on the floor, using lots of props, (blankets, bolsters, blocks and pillows) to maximize ease and rest.

Me-Time Self-Care: Emotional Well-Being with the Sacral Chakra
Saturday, October 26th at 9:30 am
A workshop with self-exploration as its focus with meditation, restorative yoga, self-reflection and journaling exercises, mandala creation, affirmations, action plan and lifestyle changes, crystal singing bowls, and more.


A Course in Miracles Study Group
with Deb & Paul Phelps
Sundays at 10:30 am
This ongoing group meets to share in the study of the spiritual book
A Course in Miracles. The emphasis is on the way to universal love and peace is undoing guilt by forgiving others.
