Meditate Madison Suspending Programs

Meditate Madison Suspending Programs

As you might have heard announced today, there are more COVID-19 cases in the Madison area now, plus Gov. Evers has closed all schools.

After much thought and meditation with my Inner Guide, and in keeping your health, wellness and well-being in mind during this COVID-19 outbreak, Meditate Madison is suspending operations until March 31st.

At that date, I will make a determination when I will reopen and notify you.

Stay tuned as I will serve you soon with online classes in meditation and yoga. I will email you again when I have these ready to go. Some classes will be interactive and recorded for later, some will be pre-recorded.

Additionally, our daughter, Autumn, is arriving tonight from UW-Stout. She is part of the at-risk population because of her Type 1 Diabetes.

My husband, Paul, just found out a little while ago that is father in Pennsylvania may not make it through the night. He’s 83. All arrangements have been made in advance. His dad will be cremated and a memorial doesn’t need to occur right away. Still, Paul’s heart is heavy.

We appreciate if you keep our family in your love and prayers.

I will be able to also do private sessions online via the Zoom Conferencing platform so anyone who is a current client or interested in doing so, please contact me.

Thank you for your continued support and remember we are all in this together. Let’s support one another by our practice of mindfulness, equanimity, and trust in our Source.

May you be happy
May you be well
May you be safe
May you be peaceful and at ease.

Love and Light,

Meditate Madison is a small, intimate studio on the Northside of Madison.
