Deb will take you through a deep dive into different types of meditation and how to integrate them into your practice as well as the lives of others. You will learn sitting meditation, body scan, walking meditation, mountain meditation, loving kindness, and dharma talks.
Slowly, you’ll learn to increase the silence during your meditation so as to travel inward and connect with the self.
