As the leaves start to fall, we too can release what no longer serves us at this time. Through meditation, affirmations, inquiry, self-reflection, and process, we will explore this together. There is more of a quietness that falls over our being as we get ready for the deep inner hibernation of Winter.
I’ll be using new seasonal materials created by Mark Stanton Welch, a musician, singer, and spiritual teacher who produces “music for every soul.” This set of materials is called “Self-Care for the Seasons” with each season represented. He has provided informational writings, application activities, music for meditation and reflection, sound alchemy, and affirmative empowerments. I look forward to sharing this with you.
Meditate Madison is a small, intimate studio on the Northside of Madison. All mind, body and spirit practitioners are welcome to join us. We are a body-positive space so our yoga classes are open to all bodies and all abilities.
