This introductory workshop is for anyone who is thinking about meditating, who wants to meditate but is finding it hard to start and continue, or has started but has stopped again. We all struggle to find something really nourishing in our lives and make space for it on a daily basis. We all struggle with keeping that something going and are disappointed when we do not. We all struggle with just trying to relax — that is, deeply, profoundly relax. So how can we start, particularly when we have already tried but feel we have failed?
Deb will dispel some common myths about meditation and show you how if you can breathe, you can meditate.
