Intentional Healing Guided Meditation

We join together to practice intentional healing for a member of the group or someone that we choose. We spend time in a focused guided meditation including time for silence as we envision this recipient at their highest good using the intention statement we decide upon together. After the meditation, we then share our experience. The process itself is a total of about 30 minutes.  

The group is based on the book, The Power of 8 by Lynn McTaggart. You do not have to have read the book to participate, you can do so if you are interested. See details on book below.
In The Power of Eight, you’ll read hundreds of documented cases of crippling arthritis, cataracts, multiple sclerosis, scoliosis, depression, IBS, chronic fatigue, and much more – all being healed just through people sending their loving thoughts in a group. According to Lynn, when people continue to meet regularly in Power of Eight groups, every part of their lives begins to heal: relationships, finances, careers, life purposes. Group intention has even been shown to end highly polarized groups. And that’s the most astonishing revelation of all: people who intend for others to see their own lives transform and heal.
