Breathe easily and deeply as you relax into a few therapeutic fully-supported longer-held yoga poses, mostly supine on the floor, using lots of props, (blankets, bolsters, blocks and pillows) to maximize ease and rest by filling all the “open spaces” of your body. This yoga style was created for those recovering from injury or surgery, PTSD, emotional traumas like grief, stress and anxiety, for example, or for those seeking a quiet meditative practice.
