Restorative Yoga Saturdays in December

  • These sessions will be Restorative sessions. Get restored before or after you shop or attend holiday parties!

The Mindful Yoga class is a 60-minute class that involves half the class spent in gentle yoga and the other in guided meditation and relaxation. It is a very quiet, gentle and meditative class.

The body, mind and spirit connection is enhanced with an inspirational theme presented such as Balance, Acceptance, Purpose, Clarity, Trust, the Chakras, and others. It is a time to be uplifted, a time to cultivate a space for inner and outer harmony, and peace.

At times the session may be a Restorative Yoga class where the intent is to slow down completely with just a few supported poses and could be a Yoga Nidra (type of body scan meditation) to help you unwind. It helps to improve the conditions of anxiety and stress.

Note if you have allergies: Aromatherapy using essential oils is used to enhance the session with a diffuser and/or eye pillows.
