This private session with Deb is an aid for stiffness, anxiety, tension, busyness, and insomnia. You will be pampered, supported, and nurtured as the techniques used will bring you to intentional stillness and subtle openings. You simply allow space for relaxation and rest.
Your 90-minute session is personalized with your choice of soft music, low lighting, restorative yoga, guided meditation, deep conscious relaxation (Yoga Nidra), and sister modalities of energy healing, crystal singing bowls sound healing, aromatherapy, heated rice bags, essential oils for lower back and neck, sacred inner dialogue, and/or chakra balancing.
Using support such as bolsters, blankets, blocks and sandbags, Restorative Yoga is all about held space even while lying on a mat on the floor.. Space held for you to integrate and process your experiences. Space to greet yourself fully. Suited for everyone, (especially those who don’t realize it) the grounding art of the practice is achieved by offering gentle yet palpable sensations of comforting what is tender and cracking open what is stuck.
In this fully integrative experience, you will walk away refreshed, restored, renewed, and rebalanced.
The shorter sessions (30-60) can include essential oils for lower back and neck, heated rice bags, guided meditation, and aromattherapy.
