Life is busy! With all good intentions, we’d like to take a class or two but sometimes work meetings, family obligations, or other events take precedence. You know you need to learn to relax, reduce your stress & anxiety, or explore healing, yet you need flexibility.
This is where private sessions come in. Recently, we’ve seen a significant increase in clients scheduling private sessions with us. Clients are sharing their desire for the benefits of relaxation, meditation, inner work, or healing, yet they require sessions that fit not only their time schedule but their individual needs.

Private sessions are completely customizable based on your unique needs and what you’d like to explore and discover in your own life. For true growth to happen, one has to sustain awareness of a challenge in order to make positive change. Awareness training, energy work, meditation, and yoga is about uncovering who you already are, cultivating what’s going well with you, rather than focusing on the negative. Through careful and gentle attending to your own experience, as it is, your world can transform, beginning from the inside out.
There’s understanding mindfulness intellectually and conceptually, then there’s knowing it directly from your own experience and inquiry. Through experiential learning, mindfulness allows us to be innately happier, healthier, live with more focus, patience and compassion for yourself and others.

You deserve to make self-care a priority. This is a complement to therapy and our treatments you may be receiving, and is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disorder, condition, ailment, illness, sickness, or disease.

Sessions with Deb
Deb is available for a variety of sessions such as Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga (Restorative, Chair or Gentle), Sound & Energy Healing and Crystal Singing Bowls Meditations, Deep Relaxation Techniques for Stress & Anxiety, Spiritual Direction, Personal Mind-Body-Spirit Connection Coaching, and in the fall I will be excited to share with you a new energy healing modality and process.
